Due to the nature of our handmade bodycare products, all sales are considered final. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully.
🚫 Returns & Exchanges
Because our body butters and skincare products are handmade and intended for personal use, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons — even if the product is unopened.
This includes:

Opened or sealed skincare products

Whipped body butters
-
Custom or limited edition products

Sale items or gift cards
If there is an issue with your order (damaged, incorrect item, etc.), please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@saarscosmeticz.com with a photo and order number. We will gladly help resolve the issue.
📦 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, email us at info@saarscosmeticz.com within 3 calendar days of receiving your package. Include photos and your order number so we can evaluate and make it right.
🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU law, customers normally have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
However, this right does not apply to:

Sealed goods (such as skincare) that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

Perishable or handmade products made to order
Since our bodycare products fall under these exceptions, this right does not apply once the product has been opened, used, or if the seal is broken.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are only granted if:

The wrong item was shipped

The product was damaged upon arrival and reported within 3 days
If approved, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@saarscosmeticz.com.
